2. How to Return an Item

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
3. Refunds

- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
- Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
4. Exchanges

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 10 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll resolve it quickly by offering a replacement, refund, or store credit.
